| "I had the pleasure of working with Scott over the course of almost ten years at Adept Technology. Scott is by far the best Network Manager and one of the most outstanding individuals I've worked with in my career. We went through a lot in that time, building a global wide area network that literally transformed the company, working through acquisitions and rapid expansion and then through radical downsizing. Through it all Scott provided innovative and stable solutions in extremely challenging environments. We developed a partnership in which, though we often didn't see eye-to-eye, we would mutually educate one another until we arrived at a collaborative solution. | "We had a large project with a tight (8-week) deadline to do a full redesign and relaunch of our corporate website. The first phase of the project required a visual redesign as well as conversion from an all-HTML site to a database-driven (SQL) site. I hired Scott on a last-minute notice to bail us out when the web design company we originally hired told us they could not meet the project objectives and deadline they had previously committed to. At that time, we were already into the build phase and only had about 6 weeks remaining to complete the project. Scott was undeterred by the almost impossible deadline and volume of work in front of him. He worked many weekends and all-nighters in order to get the project completed on time. He also used his IT/database/web expertise to make recommendations on the design that improved the performance and ongoing maintenance of the site. Finally, he did all of this and came in on-time and on-budget. The project was a success and received accolades from all of our upper management. I continued to use Scott's services for the remaining phases of the redsign. Also, Scott's success and dedication on this project led to a long-term relationship with our IT department."

| "Scott is an asset to Network Operations, hands down, no questions asked, end of sentence, period. Scott has much more experiance and problem solving skills that I think he will even care to admit, I can tell you of the countless number of mission critical (I have to have it right now) secenarios that he bailed us out of.....
